1. What WIDMN is
WIDMN is a platform that connects people who have a specific work problem with people who have already solved a similar problem with AI. WIDMN arranges the introduction and handles the payment. The conversation itself happens between you and the expert.
2. Who can use it
You need to be at least 18 years old and give correct details when you create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Sessions
Experts are independent people, not employees of WIDMN. They share their own experience. A session is a conversation - it is not legal, financial, medical or any other regulated advice, and it does not guarantee a particular result. What you do with the advice is your decision.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown per session and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at booking through our payment provider. WIDMN keeps a platform fee from each paid session and passes the rest to the expert.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid session up to 24 hours before the agreed time and get a full refund. If the expert does not show up, or the session cannot happen for a reason on our side, you get a full refund. Write to widmn.contact@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
6. How to behave
Be respectful. Do not record a session without the other person's agreement, do not share confidential material you are not allowed to share, and do not use the platform to spam or recruit.
7. Reviews
You can leave a review after a session. A public review is only shown with your consent and after we check it. We may hide reviews that are abusive or clearly false.
8. Liability
We do our best to keep the platform running, but we cannot promise it is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
